Meters shall generate reports based on each day, month and yearly for each tenant. An electricity theft or tampering shall be easily recognized, by alerts either via email or pop-ups.
The meters have RS485 communication port, where the tenant can recharge from the landlord’s office. RF card with minimum amount shall be provided to the client for emergency purposes. Software shall be programmed to alert the user during the malfunctioning of the meter. Meters shall blink and sound an alarm when the credit value reaches below a certain value indicating the low balance in the meter.
